Fundraising and Development Officer

Northbourne Park School, Kent Part-time (flexible working considered)

About Northbourne Park School

Northbourne Park School is a thriving independent day and boarding school set within beautiful parkland near Deal, Kent. With a strong sense of community and a commitment to providing an exceptional all-round education, the school nurtures ambition, creativity and character in every pupil.

As we look to the future, we are seeking to strengthen our development and fundraising activity to support strategic initiatives, enhance facilities, and widen access through bursaries.

The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Fundraising and Development Officer to play a key role in supporting and delivering the School’s development strategy.

Working closely with the Finance Manager, Head and senior leadership team, the postholder will help to build strong relationships with parents, alumni and supporters, and coordinate fundraising initiatives to secure philanthropic support.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organisational and communication skills who is passionate about education and relationship-building.
