The Role
· Schedule: Full-time ((4-day working week).
· Weekends: 1 in 4 Saturday mornings only, with time off in lieu.
· Autonomy: We encourage autonomy at all levels and will support you in developing your specific clinical interests.
About You
· MRCVS, qualified with experience in small animal practice.
· A confident clinician who enjoys a varied caseload (medical and surgical).
· A “people person” who values the bond between vet, client, and patient.
· A team player looking for a long-term “work family”
The Package
· Salary: Competitive £45k-£80K.
