About the Role

OphtaLab Optical Services Ltd operates within optical services, eye care support, customer service, clinic coordination, and healthcare administration. We are seeking an Optical Services Manager to oversee daily optical service operations, support client care workflows, and help maintain reliable service delivery across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily optical service operations, client support workflows, and appointment coordination
Coordinate with optical staff, clients, suppliers, service partners, and internal teams
Monitor service quality, client feedback, documentation, and operational reports
Support stock coordination, product records, service updates, and workflow improvements
Assist with staff scheduling, issue resolution, and customer experience planning
Prepare reports, service summaries, records, and process improvement recommendations
Ensure activities follow company procedures, confidentiality standards, and service expectations

What We Are Looking For

Experience

Experience in optical services, healthcare administration, clinic operations, customer service management, retail healthcare, or service coordination
Previous team coordination or supervisory experience is preferred
Experience working with optical products, healthcare clients, suppliers, or service teams is an advantage

Appointment and workflow planning

Reporting, documentation, and issue resolution
Strong organisation, communication, and attention to detail

Education

Diploma, college qualification, or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Optical Management, Retail Management, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
Professional certifications in optical services, customer service, healthcare administration, operations management, or team leadership are an advantage

Pay: £39,000.00-£62,000.00 per year
