**Responsibilities:**
1. **Exemplary Service:** Provide outstanding customer service by warmly greeting guests, guiding them through our cocktail menu, and ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously.
2. **Our Drinks:** Assist our talented bartenders in preparing and serving a diverse range of cocktails with precision and flair, maintaining our high standards of quality and presentation.
3. **Product Knowledge:** Develop a deep understanding of our cocktail offerings, including ingredients, flavour profiles, and recommended pairings, to offer personalised recommendations and enhance the guest experience.
4. **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with our dynamic team of bartenders, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
5. **Hospitality Ambassador:** Serve as a brand ambassador for Ginny’s Cocktail Bar, embodying our values of inclusivity, creativity, and hospitality in every interaction with guests and colleagues alike.
6. **Maintaining Standards:** Uphold cleanliness and organisation standards in the bar area, including maintaining stock levels, sanitising surfaces, and following safety protocols to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all.
7. **Engaging Atmosphere:** Contribute to the lively and energetic atmosphere of Ginny’s Cocktail Bar by engaging with guests, participating in promotional events, and fostering a sense of community among guests and staff.
**Qualifications:**
- You must be over 18 to apply for this role
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting is essential
- Passion for mixology and a desire to learn and grow in the craft of cocktail preparation.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining composure under pressure.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional service to every guest.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
