Established in 2020 and having achieved successful status as an Independent Special School for Social, Emotional, Mental Health and Autism Spectrum Disorder, Omnia Foundation offers a unique experience for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), for 12–16-year-old boys.

Due to an exciting period of growth and development, we are seeking an exceptional Head of Curriculum and Quality to join our Senior Leadership Team.
This is a pivotal leadership role for an ambitious and inspirational professional who is passionate about curriculum innovation, quality assurance, and ensuring outstanding outcomes for all learners. With strong staff retention and a committed, experienced team already in place, this is an opportunity to build upon existing strengths and help drive the next phase of the Foundation's strategic development.
The Role
As Head of Curriculum and Quality, you will lead the strategic development, implementation and evaluation of a high-quality, adaptive and vocational curriculum that meets the diverse needs of our students. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a key role in shaping the educational direction of the Foundation and ensuring excellence in learning, teaching and assessment.
You will:
- Drive the Foundation's strategic vision through the development of an innovative, inclusive and ambitious curriculum.
- Monitor and evaluate curriculum planning to ensure provision meets student needs and qualification requirements.
- Develop and expand qualification and accreditation pathways across the Foundation.
- Lead all aspects of learning and teaching, including assessment, tracking, quality assurance and curriculum development.
- Support staff to deliver outstanding learning experiences and effectively implement qualification specifications.
- Ensure high-quality resources are available to support curriculum delivery and student achievement.
- Contribute strategically as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, including involvement in school development planning, self-evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead monitoring, evaluation and review processes relating to student progress, quality of education and wider provision.
- Undertake the role of Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead (DDSL).
- Inspire, motivate and develop staff through a culture of high expectations, collaboration and professional growth.
- Foster an open, transparent and equitable working environment where staff are supported and held accountable to the highest professional standards.
- Provide operational support, including cover and hub support, where required.

About You
We are looking for an experienced educational leader who can demonstrate:
- A proven track record of leading curriculum development and quality improvement.
- Strong knowledge of vocational pathways, qualifications and accreditation frameworks.
- Experience of leading and developing teaching and learning to secure positive outcomes.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to analyse performance data and drive continuous improvement.
- A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion and student-centred practice.
- The vision, resilience and enthusiasm to lead change and inspire others.
Based in Rayleigh, Essex with close transport links to London, our current location is set within a sports and social club.

Pay: £39,175.00-£50,557.00 per year
