Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Customer Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to foster long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and experience in B2B sales. Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable to support our diverse client base. Duties

Engage with potential and existing clients through various channels to promote our products and services
Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions to enhance their business operations
Manage and update customer information using Salesforce CRM system accurately and efficiently
Conduct analysis of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate sales strategies and ensure seamless service delivery
Prepare reports on sales activities, forecasts, and client feedback for management review
Support bilingual communication by assisting Spanish-speaking clients effectively

Requirements

Proven experience in B2B sales or related roles, demonstrating a successful track record in client engagement
Strong analysis skills to interpret sales data and market trends effectively
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer interactions and data
Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken, to serve our diverse customer base
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanour
Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving targets and developing new business opportunities
