Lead the Marketing Strategy for an Innovative Multi-Country Immunology & Inflammation Portfolio
IQVIA is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Marketing Lead to join a dedicated business unit supporting a leading global biopharmaceutical partner across multiple European markets.
This is a unique opportunity to lead a portfolio of innovative therapies, shape customer engagement strategies, and drive marketing excellence across a complex international environment. You will lead a team of Brand Managers and work closely with Commercial Operations, Commercial Excellence, Medical Affairs and senior client stakeholders to translate strategic priorities into impactful customer engagement programs and measurable business outcomes.
As Marketing Lead, you will play a pivotal role in portfolio strategy, brand performance, omnichannel engagement, launch readiness and marketing governance, helping to improve customer experiences and support patients through innovative healthcare solutions.
What You'll Be Doing :
Lead Portfolio Strategy and Performance
Develop and execute integrated portfolio strategies across multiple brands and therapeutic areas.
Drive alignment of marketing priorities, customer engagement approaches and investment decisions across the portfolio.
Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities to optimise customer engagement, brand growth and business results.
Provide strategic direction across brand plans, launch plans and marketing initiatives.
Lead and Develop Brand Managers
Lead, coach and develop a team of Brand Managers operating across multiple European markets.
Establish clear objectives, priorities and development plans.
Foster a collaborative high-performance culture focused on innovation, customer impact and commercial excellence.
Drive consistency of strategic planning, execution and performance measurement across all brands.
Drive Customer Engagement Excellence
Lead the development and implementation of integrated customer engagement strategies across digital and field-based channels.
Ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across multiple touchpoints.
Partner with customer-facing teams to maximize the effectiveness of engagement programs and initiatives.
Champion innovative approaches to customer engagement and omnichannel marketing.
Deliver High-Impact Marketing Programs
Oversee the development and execution of brand campaigns, customer engagement programs and strategic marketing initiatives.
Ensure effective implementation across countries and customer segments.
Monitor program effectiveness and continuously optimize activities based on customer insights and performance data.
Support development of compelling value propositions, customer-facing materials and engagement resources.
Lead Product Launch and Lifecycle Activities
Provide strategic oversight for launch planning and execution across the portfolio.
Ensure launch readiness plans are developed and implemented effectively.
Support lifecycle management activities designed to maximize long-term brand performance.
Collaborate across functions to ensure successful implementation of launch and growth initiatives.
Partner Across the Organisation
Work closely with Commercial Operations, Commercial Excellence, Medical Affairs, Compliance and other stakeholders to ensure coordinated execution.
Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to support business priorities and customer needs.
Represent Marketing within leadership discussions, governance meetings and business reviews.
Contribute to strategic planning and portfolio decision-making.
Manage Marketing Investments
Oversee portfolio marketing budgets and investment decisions.
Ensure resources are allocated effectively to maximise customer impact and business performance.
Monitor return on investment and identify opportunities for optimisation.
Balance short-term priorities with long-term portfolio growth objectives.
What We're Looking For :
Significant experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology or healthcare marketing.
Proven success leading brand strategy and customer engagement initiatives.
Experience managing multiple brands, therapeutic areas or product portfolios (immunology experience preferred)
Previous experience leading or developing marketing teams.
Strong understanding of omnichannel marketing and customer engagement approaches.
Experience supporting product launches and lifecycle management activities.
Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Ability to work effectively within complex, matrixed and international environments.
Passion for improving customer experiences and driving meaningful impact in healthcare.
