Dispenser - NVQ Level 2 Qualified, no weekends

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our CQC Outstanding rated GP practice team as a Dispenser. The vacancy is for 20-27.5 hours per week.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our dispensary team, supported by the Dispensary Manager. You will be ensuring the safe, timely and accurate prescribing and supply of medication, from the practice dispensary. The semi-rural practice serving just under 10,000 patients is well respected in the community.

We seek an individual who enjoys working in a busy environment, who can multitask, work independently and has an eye for detail. We require excellent communication skills given the expected patient contact and multiple specialised systems need a degree of IT literacy.

Previous experience working as a NVQ qualified dispenser is necessary, and thorough on the job training is provided to help any transition into primary care.
