Functions
The main areas of activity of the Impact teacher are:
- ensuring the full implementation of approved educational plans with the aim of enabling students to master the Impact educational programs at the level of accepted standards;
- enhancing professional and methodological level through learning from more experienced teachers of the academy, active exchange of experiences with colleagues, participation in methodological work and self-education.
Requirements
The Impact teacher is required to:
- Arrive at work no later than 10 minutes before the start of the teaching session.
- In the case of a delay within the range of 10-15 minutes, a penalty of 50% of the payment for 1 lesson will be imposed.
- In the case of a delay of more than 15 minutes, a penalty of 100% of the payment for 1 lesson will be imposed.
- Attend all pedagogical and general meetings.
- Personally and in advance warn the Education Manager about inability to go to work and delays due to unexpected situations.
- Personally find a replacement among the academy's teaching staff in case of inability to come to work.
- In case of rescheduling 3 lessons due to the teacher's fault, a penalty will be imposed.
- In the first 15 minutes of each class, the teacher must mark the attendance of students. In case of violation, a penalty of 20% of the fee for 1 lesson will be imposed.
- After the end of the lessons, the classroom should be tidied up: erase the board, ensure that the computers are turned off, and restart each computer that was used in the lesson; arrange the chairs and check if any student belongings are left behind, anything left in the classroom should be handed over to the reception. In case there is a teacher and an assistant working in the class, the assistant handles these tasks, and the teacher must ensure they are completed before leaving the classroom. If only the teacher is working in the class, they must perform these tasks independently.
- Send reports according to the instructions on the work done during the month.
- Notify the employer three weeks in advance about a termination of employment.
COMPUTER USE
An Impact teacher is required to:
- Handle Impact's property and equipment with care.
- In case of an unexpected situation, install the necessary programs for the lesson.
- Adhere to the rules for using personal computers and other equipment.
Pay: £16.00-£20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
