An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Restructuring and Insolvency Solicitor to join our Thames valley office in Reading.
The team act for insolvency practitioners, lenders, companies, directors, and creditors undertaking a mixture of restructuring, non-contentious and contentious assignments, with the focus being on businesses surviving, and maximising realisations for creditors.
We are looking for someone with either a non-contentious advisory and transactional background, or who has mixed contentious/non-contentious experience.
