About The Role

The Learning Specialist Delivery Partner supports the Restaurant Capability team to design, develop and deliver high-quality learning solutions across a range of capability initiatives.

Working alongside the Learning Specialists, you'll create engaging learning content, develop digital learning experiences and support the delivery of key projects over the next 12 months. This is a hands-on role focused on producing practical learning materials, maintaining digital learning assets and helping ensure capability programmes are delivered successfully.

What you'll do

Design and develop engaging learning content for restaurant and field teams.
Build digital learning using learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline) or similar platforms.
Create facilitator guides, learner workbooks, job aids, videos and performance support materials.
Support the development of restaurant capability content across multiple workstreams.
Publish, maintain and manage learning content within the Learning Management System (LMS).
Support the delivery of capability projects by coordinating activities, tracking actions and maintaining project documentation.
Review and update existing learning materials to ensure they remain accurate, relevant and engaging.
Work closely with the Learning Specialists to deliver learning solutions that meet agreed objectives and timelines.
Support testing, quality assurance and continuous improvement of learning content before release.

What we're looking for

Experience designing and developing learning solutions.
Strong instructional design skills and knowledge of adult learning principles.
Experience using digital learning authoring tools such as Articulate 360 (Rise and Storyline) or similar.
Experience working with Learning Management Systems, including publishing and maintaining digital learning.
Excellent content creation skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple pieces of work and deliver to agreed deadlines.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Strong written communication and organisational skills.
Experience in hospitality, retail or another operational environment would be beneficial.

Success in this role looks like

High-quality learning content is developed and delivered to agreed timelines.
Digital learning is engaging, accessible and maintained within the LMS.
Learning assets are accurate, up to date and easy for restaurant teams to use.
Capability projects are supported effectively, with deliverables completed on time.
The Learning Specialist team has the additional capacity needed to deliver priority work over the next 12 months.
