Full job description

Salary: Job Title: Human Resources Intern

Location: Hounslow, TW4 6JQ

Employment Type: Internship (Part Time)

Duration: Up to 1 Year

Reporting To: HR Manager / HR Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our Human Resources department. This role provides hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll assistance, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly organized, and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes (job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, etc.).

Maintain employee records and update HR databases (e.g., attendance, leaves, benefits).

Support training & development programs, including coordinating sessions and preparing materials.

Help organize employee engagement activities and HR events.

Assist in drafting HR policies, emails, and company announcements.

Support payroll and benefits administration by collecting and verifying necessary documents.

Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Perform other HR administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Strong interest in Human Resources and people management.

Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Prior experience or coursework in HR is a plus but not required.
