You will manage and consult as part of a wider project team on client engagements in both Investment Wealth Management and Real Estate. You’ll be involved in the Advisory aspects of EPM projects, focusing on the design, implementation and operation of processes and solutions that improve our clients’ profitability and readiness for future challenges.
You will be responsible for:

Managing a team in the successful design of EPM solutions for our clients, supporting e.g. Process Design, Vendor selection and Change Management across our engagements.

Leading client workshops to identify client requirements, map processes and define business drivers.
-
Advising clients on best practices, emerging technologies and industry trends within EPM for both Investment Wealth Management and Real Estate.

Developing and managing engagements around a project plan, proactively communicating on delivery progress alongside identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
-
Monitoring project progress in accordance with agreed milestones, ensuring on time delivery within Budget.

Building trusted and long-lasting relationships with client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.

Contributing to the development of our Business Finance propositions, aligning to market trends and Deloitte’s Thought Leadership in Finance, leading internal teams in developing material were essential.

Managing business development opportunities including responding to RFPs, contributing to proposals, and delivering proposal presentations.

To be successful in this role you should be able to demonstrate:

Proven experience in Investment Wealth Management and/or Real Estate, or in practice (e.g. Consulting), focusing on EPM or related fields.
-
Deep understanding of finance and accounting processes, including Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting, as applied in both sectors.
-
Strong understanding of EPM principles, methodologies, and best practices, with a focus on applying these principles to real world business problems in Investment Wealth Management and Real Estate.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex process designs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
-
Proven experience leading and managing projects and project teams, highlighting your project management, planning, execution and monitoring skills.
-
Hands on experience with at least one leading EPM technology (e.g. Anaplan, OneStream, Oracle, SAP).

Proven ability to work effectively in diverse teams and teams across multiple regions.

Experience in business case, business development and proposal writing.
Desirable:
-
Professional certification (e.g. ACA/CIMA/ACCA/PMP) or equivalent.

Understanding of ESG frameworks and/or ESG Reporting Standards.

Experience with data analytics and visualisation tools.

Experience with Agile methodologies.

Proven experience in process mapping and documentation techniques (e.g. Business Process Model and Notation).
