About the Role

We are seeking a Management Consulting Director to lead consulting engagements, oversee client advisory services, and support continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead management consulting projects, client engagements, and advisory service delivery
Oversee consulting teams, project timelines, service standards, budgets, and reporting
Coordinate with clients, consultants, business partners, vendors, and senior stakeholders
Analyse business challenges, operational gaps, and improvement opportunities
Develop practical strategies to improve efficiency, performance, and client outcomes
Support proposal development, client relationship management, and business growth initiatives
Prepare senior-level reports, strategic recommendations, and consulting updates

What We Are Looking For

Experience

Strong experience in management consulting, business advisory, strategy consulting, professional services, or operational improvement
Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
Experience managing client engagements, consulting teams, or business transformation projects is an advantage
