Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Fitness Instructor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fitness training and a commitment to educating clients on effective exercise techniques. As a Fitness Instructor, you will play a vital role in promoting health and wellness within our community, guiding individuals towards achieving their fitness goals through tailored programmes and expert advice.

Responsibilities

Conduct engaging and informative fitness classes tailored to various skill levels.

Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, ensuring safety and effectiveness during workouts.

Develop personalised fitness programmes based on individual client assessments and goals.

Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients, helping them stay committed to their fitness journeys.

Maintain knowledge of current trends in fitness, nutrition, and wellness to enhance client experience.

Monitor client progress and adjust programmes as necessary to ensure optimal results.

Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages participation from all members.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sports coaching or as a fitness instructor is highly desirable.

Level 3 personal training qualification essential.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and motivate clients effectively.

Certification in personal training or group fitness instruction is preferred.

A passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their personal best.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if required.

Ability to commute/relocate:

Birmingham B90 3PE: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

Level 3 Personal Training Qualification (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Ability to work various timings which include- early mornings, daytimes evening, and weekend sessions. Specific timings to be agreed upon interview.

Job Types: Contract, Permanent

Pay: £13.00-£20.00 per hour
