Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Online Reseller to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing online sales channels, sourcing products, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and a passion for e-commerce. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in digital merchandising and sales within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage and optimise online listings across various e-commerce platforms to maximise visibility and sales
Source and select products suitable for resale, ensuring quality and profitability
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, or chat, maintaining excellent phone etiquette
Utilise merchandising techniques to enhance product presentation and attract potential buyers
Upsell complementary products to increase transaction value and customer satisfaction
Maintain accurate inventory records and update listings regularly to reflect stock levels
Organise product categorisation for efficient browsing and searchability
Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Collaborate with team members to develop marketing strategies that boost online presence

Qualifications

Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is highly desirable
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
Basic maths skills for pricing, inventory management, and sales analysis
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
Experience in merchandising or e-commerce is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
Good time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional online communication standards
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing positively to team objectives

Pay: £24.00-£30.00 per hour
