Full job description

You will have an opportunity to develop your skills and experience working directly with clients, while working alongside other likeminded technology experts

The role will involve managing and supporting clients on sites and will include 1st, 2nd, 3rd line support, designing systems, considering compliance or security needs, installing systems and providing technical support to end users and the ongoing management and development of the technology the business used.

It is likely that in the future this role will adopt a hybrid model that will include working from home and from the office when not on client site.

Key Experiences -

Experience working with Mac.

Mobile Device Management - MDM.

Apple - DEP and ABM.

Experience in Technical support - End user support.

Cloud IDP such as JumpCloud, Okta.

Google Apps or Office 365.

Windows Server and Microsoft Active Directory / Azure AD.

Excellent analytical and logical problem solving skills.

Experience building and managing networks. Routers, Firewalls & Wireless Access Points.

Ability to design and build systems with scalability, business continuity and security in mind.

Working knowledge of DNS.

Adobe CC.

Bash Scripting.

VOIP System Experience.
