We are restructuring our leadership team and opening a critical Co-CMO position to sit alongside our existing Co-CMO, CTO (Technology), CSO (Sales), and founding Co-CEOs.
These are co‑ownership opportunities for marketers who want real authority, real responsibility, and real upside.
Each Co‑CMO role is positioned to earn 12.5% equity in the company and will also benefit from generous commission payments per contract.

THE OPPORTUNITY: A CO‑CMO STRUCTURE
We have deliberately split the CMO remit into two complementary roles to ensure both our clients and our own brand receive Tier-1 attention.
While our External Co-CMO focuses on delivery & client success, the Internal Growth Co-CMO owns the Immixtus Marketing engine - you are the architect of Immixtus’s growth alongside the Chief Sales Officer.

THE ROLE: DIGITAL MARKETING (INTERNAL GROWTH)
This role owns marketing thinking, direction, and standards.
You own the marketing strategy, direction, and standards for Immixtus. You will ensure every internal campaign is rooted in data-driven strategy rather than guesswork.
Core Responsibilities
- Strategic Ownership: Define and lead the internal marketing roadmap for Immixtus.
- Multi-Channel Direction: Set the pace for organic and paid channels, ensuring every penny and post ties to lead gen and sales outcomes.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Manage and develop our internal marketing team and apprentices.
- Performance Oversight: Rigorously review data and course-correct campaigns in real-time.
- Executive Collaboration: Work closely with your Co-CMO and other Execs to align internal growth with our workforce capacity and client delivery standards.
- Board Reporting: Communicate marketing performance and ROI to the Executive team.

- Strategic Clarity: You provide bespoke thinking, not template-led marketing.
- Lean Agility: The ability to drive outsized results on a startup budget.
- SME Fluency: Experience navigating the unique challenges of the SME sector.
- High-Level Communication: The ability to explain why a strategy works - and the courage to kill one that doesn't.
- Creative Eye: Design and branding experience is a significant advantage.
This is a thinking‑led role. Execution matters - but clarity matters more.
