About the Role
In this autonomous role, you will act as the Director of Talent Selection and Onboarding for your independent territory. Rather than managing high-volume cold outreach or chasing traditional placement quotas, you will execute our inbound attraction marketing system to connect with high-calibre professionals who have explicitly requested information about our portfolios.
This position is perfectly aligned with a seasoned corporate recruiter, agency leader, or talent acquisition specialist. You will leverage your professional acumen to run short qualifying discovery calls, vet applicants for an elite mindset, and guide qualified candidates through our multi-step presentation framework.
What You’ll Do
- Inbound Talent Engagement: Conduct structured, consultative interviews with senior-level corporate professionals who submit enquiries through our digital marketing systems.
- Mindset & Leadership Screening: Run 10 minute qualifying discovery calls to evaluate a candidate's maturity, professional drive, and alignment with our core blueprint.
- Onboarding Integration: Coordinate the initial setup process for newly selected associates, using our standardized 8-step getting started checklist.
- Brand Execution: Maintain a consistent digital brand presence using our established operating systems while working alongside a global leadership community.
