Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Remote Print Estimator & Repro Admin to join our team! In this vital role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for estimating print projects and managing reprographic administrative tasks remotely. Your energetic approach will ensure accurate quotes, efficient project coordination, and exceptional customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your organizational skills and technical knowledge will drive success and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate and competitive print estimates based on client specifications, project scope, and resource requirements.
Manage all aspects of print job administration, including order processing, tracking, and documentation.
Collaborate with clients to clarify project details and provide timely updates on project status.
Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to log interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely production and delivery of print jobs.
Maintain comprehensive records using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other office tools to support project workflows.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via email or phone.
Support sales administration tasks such as preparing quotes, invoices, and reports using Sage or similar accounting software.
Organize schedules efficiently through Microsoft Outlook and manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management skills.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with strong computer literacy.
Experience with CRM software for managing customer interactions and sales pipelines.
Knowledge of Sage or comparable accounting systems for sales administration.
Excellent communication skills in English to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a remote setting.
Demonstrated administrative experience supporting print or reprographic operations is preferred.
Familiarity with IT systems and general computer skills necessary for efficient workflow management.
Exceptional customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction at every stage of the process.
Ability to adapt quickly to new software tools and workflows while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
