Lead the PMO team to deliver defined services and ensure value is added across the programme
Establish and embed governance, reporting, RAID, change control, and stage gate processes
Ensure accurate, timely data supports decision-making and programme transparency
Create and maintain a centralised document repository for programme materials
Deliver effective RAID and Change Control management aligned to contractual SLAs
Own and manage Stage Gate processes to support lifecycle control and reporting
Ensure document management is robust, auditable, and centralised
Leverage tools and technology to streamline PMO processes and reduce manual effort
Champion stakeholder engagement and communication across multiple organisations
What we’re looking for
Essential skills and experience
Proven experience in a BPO organisation delivering services to external clients
Expertise in RAID, dependency, change control, and stage gate management
Strong written communication and production of high-quality programme materials
Experience in large-scale programmes with external clients, partners, and suppliers
Ability to lead and motivate a PMO team, championing diversity and inclusion
Skilled in governance, reporting, and establishing a single source of truth
P3O Practitioner qualified
