Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting products and providing detailed information to facilitate purchasing decisions
- Support the sales team in reaching targets through effective client engagement and relationship management
- Conduct negotiations with clients to secure favourable terms and maximise sales opportunities
- Manage B2B sales interactions, including establishing and maintaining professional relationships with corporate clients
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth order processing and delivery schedules
- Maintain organised records of sales activities, client details, and follow-up actions
- Drive company vehicles as required for client meetings or product deliveries, adhering to all safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries promptly and professionally
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to offer relevant advice to clients
Skills
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Proven experience in B2B sales environments is advantageous
