What you’ll do:
- Leading and managing end to end recruitment processes for a variety of roles in Industrial Engineering sector.
- Proactively identifying candidates through multiple channels and build diverse and qualified talent pipelines.
- Consulting with Hiring Managers on hiring needs and priorities.
- Identifying process improvements and managing Client expectations.
- Ensuring Candidate and Hiring Manager great experience by frequent updates and communication.
- Producing timely and accurate management information, keeping system updated.
- Delivering results against client SLAs, KPIs and team objectives.
- Strong experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of roles.
- Experience in various Candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. direct search, Boolean search, web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching).
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, other European language (Czech, Slovakian, Hungarian, Croatian, etc.) - nice to have
- Strong customer focus and excellent senior stakeholders’ management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with Client, Candidates, and Teammates.
- Experience in change management and process improvement.
- Strategic mind, attention to detail and proactive approach.
