Temporary contract – Up to 3 months
We are currently looking to fill a vacancy for an experienced telemarketer to join our growing team. The role is for 5 days a week, from 9am-5pm, salary £14.50 per hour. Outbound calling experience, sales experience, and experience working with cold data are essential. The role is remote and you would be required to have a working laptop/PC and a headset for making calls. Start date TBC. The contract would be for up to 3 months, with opportunity to go from temp-to-perm.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to B2B/B2C prospects to promote our clients' products/services and generate leads
- Qualify potential clients by understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions
- Maintain detailed records of interactions using CRM software
- Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective calling strategies and improve outreach efforts
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to enhance sales conversations
- Achieve daily call targets and contribute to overall team goals through proactive engagement
Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales or telemarketing roles, demonstrating strong communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer interactions
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to handle objections confidently and maintain a positive attitude during calls
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching targets and continuous improvement
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple leads efficiently and accurately record information
