Job Summary

Are you a Greek or Slovak speaker looking for flexible remote work? Katrium is currently seeking fluent Greek-speaking and Slovak-speaking telephone interviewers for an upcoming international project.

In this 100% remote role, you will make calls to private individuals to provide support, answer questions, and collect information in a professional and friendly manner.

Your Responsibilities

Conduct telephone interviews and outbound calls with private individuals (B2C)
Provide assistance and answer customer questions clearly and professionally
Accurately record call outcomes and required information
Manage your schedule and complete assigned tasks independently
Follow project guidelines and quality standards

Requirements

Native or fluent Greek OR Slovak
Good English communication skills
Strong speaking and listening skills
Professional and friendly phone manner
Reliable, organised, and able to work independently

Homeworking Technical RequirementsInternet Connection

Stable internet connection via DSL, Cablenet and/or Fios
Minimum 20 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
Home network must be:
Wired connection with at least 100 Mbps, or
Minimum 802.11n (Wi-Fi 4)

Important: Mobile hotspots and open/public Wi-Fi are not permitted.

Computer Requirements

PC with Windows 10 / 11
or MacBook / iMac with iOS 12 or higher
Google Chrome browser required
Safari / Mozilla / Internet Explorer not supported
Processor: Intel i5 2.5GHz or AMD equivalent minimum
RAM: Preferred 8GB, minimum 4GB
Minimum 100GB free hard drive space

Equipment

Screen size 15” or larger preferred
Good quality headset required
Earpods / low-quality headsets are not suitable

Availability

As calls are made to private individuals, availability during afternoons, evenings, and weekends is highly preferred.
