Full job description

Hours: 24hrs Per Week.

Rota: 3 shifts over 7 day working week – Working 2 weekends out of 4 on a 2 week rolling rota

Pay: £13.50 Per hour

Location: Johnstone, Renfrewshire

In this role, you will be working within a residential care home providing high quality freshly made meals for lunch and dinner to people who live here. Following a 4 weekly menu using our unique digital chef manual. Working with the Chef Manager to provide the high standard expected at Revive Catering.

Working with vulnerable adults, you will also be expected to maintain a high standard of food safety/hygiene & cross contamination. Helping the catering assistants maintain a clean and tidy kitchen.

Not expected, however previously working with or have the understanding of IDDSI and texture modified diets will be beneficial. Training will be provided.

· Professional chef qualification(s)

· Food safety level 2
