Full job description

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 DOE
Reports to: Stock Controller

As we grow across Scotland, we're looking for a Warehouse Lead to take day-to-day ownership of our Paisley warehouse. If you take pride in a well-run operation and enjoy leading from the front, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll set the standard on the floor - organising the team, keeping stock accurate, and making sure our stores and customers get exactly what they need, when they need it.

What You'll Be Doing

Lead the team - organise daily tasks, set clear standards, and lead by example on safety and attitude
Receive, check and store - oversee goods-in, check against paperwork, and ensure stock is stored correctly
Pick, pack and dispatch - ensure orders go out accurate and on time, with a final check before they leave
Control stock - maintain accurate locations, lead quarterly stocktakes, and reduce avoidable damage
Maintain records and standards - keep the warehouse clean, safe and hazard-free, with accurate records on Excel and internal systems

What We're Looking For

Warehouse or logistics experience, ideally in a supervisory or lead role
Valid forklift licence (counterbalance or reach truck preferred)
Comfortable with regular manual handling throughout the day
Reliable, organised and detail-focused
Confident enough to challenge poor standards
A clear communicator, calm under pressure
IT literate - email, Excel, basic data entry
