Arborist Groundworker / Trainee Climber Welton Tree Services Ltd is looking for a hardworking, reliable and motivated individual to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in your work and want to build a long-term career in arboriculture, we'd love to hear from you. Essential Requirements: Full UK driving licence. Confident driving and towing trailers and plant equipment. Reliable, punctual and hardworking. Able to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Preferred Experience: Arborist groundworking. Hedge trimming. Chainsaw experience (qualifications are an advantage but not essential). Experience operating chippers and other arboricultural machinery. What We Offer: Full-time, permanent position. Competitive pay based on experience. Ongoing training and career progression.
