Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator

Location: Church Village & Pontyclun
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, worked on a rota basis, including Saturdays.
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (depending on experience)

The Role

This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. Responsibilities include:

Registering buyers and understanding their property requirements.
Booking and conducting property viewings.
Negotiating offers between buyers and sellers.
Progressing sales while liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors and mortgage advisers.
Identifying valuation opportunities and supporting business growth.
Managing enquiries by telephone, email and in person.
Maintaining accurate records using our CRM system.
Providing outstanding customer service from first enquiry through to completion.

Flexible and happy to work alternate Saturdays as part of the team rota.

Essential Requirements

Full UK driving licence.
Access to your own vehicle for business use.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems.
