BAM UK & Ireland are looking for a Talent & Learning Facilitator to us on 12 month FTC that can be based anywhere in the UK and will involve a mixture of hybrid working from home and/or office and regular weekly UK & Ireland travel requiring overnight stays.

Making Possible

As Talent & Learning Facilitator you will play a key role in the UK & Ireland Talent & Learning team to deliver our Learning Strategy and work with colleagues across the broader People team to deliver the People Strategy by:

Delivery of Learning Academy Interventions both virtually and in-person across the UK
Supporting development and delivery of Manager Capability Building solutions aligned with our Leadership Competency Framework
Reviewing and measuring effectiveness of learning interventions and reporting

Your team

This role can be based anywhere in the UK and will involve a mixture of hybrid working from home and/or office and regular weekly UK & Ireland travel requiring overnight stays.

What do you bring to the role?

Ability to build effective collaborative relationships across the business
Proven track record in learning design, facilitation and training
Strategic thinking in the context of understanding the broader landscape, identifying inter-dependencies, and alignment opportunities
Experience in evaluating the impact of learning and development interventions and using the information to drive continuous improvement
Ability to embrace and adapt quickly to change
Effective digital skills and the ability to use a range of applications and tools to facilitate learning, collate feedback, produce reports and organise your work
Willingness to travel weekly across the UK with overnight stays
