We are seeking a motivated Graduate Finance Assistant to join our finance team. Duties
- Assist with accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
- Support data entry tasks related to financial transactions, maintaining precise records in our systems
- Utilise accounting softwares to update and manage financial data
- Help prepare financial reports and statements as required by the finance team
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures
- Contribute to month-end closing activities and assist in audit preparations when necessary
- Maintain organised records of financial documents, ensuring easy retrieval and security
Qualifications
- Recent qualification from College or University in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Understanding the basis of P&L, Balance Sheet & Cashflow is essential
- Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Basic understanding of financial processes and financial reporting standards
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
