Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista/All Rounder to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering excellent customer service and skilled in various café duties. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality beverages and food to our valued customers. The position is suitable for individuals who are organised, proactive, and eager to learn new skills within the hospitality sector.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.
Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in all aspects of work.
Serve customers efficiently at the counter or via table service, providing friendly and attentive assistance.
Handle cash transactions accurately using the till system and manage basic maths calculations for change.
Keep the workspace clean and organised, including cleaning equipment and dining areas regularly.
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality.
Support colleagues with additional tasks as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.

Experience

Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Knowledge of food safety standards is advantageous.
Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment is desirable.
Basic maths skills are necessary for handling transactions accurately.
Familiarity with food preparation processes will be beneficial. This role offers an engaging work environment where you can develop your hospitality skills while contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Pay: From £12.71 per hour
