We have been successfully trading for over 15 years, employing over 170 office staff and over 3000 engineers nationwide. We have built a bespoke CRM and various web applications to fuel our growth. Our digital infrastructure will enable us to become the UK's largest energy installer in the coming years.
We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator who enjoys problem solving, thrives under pressure and takes pride in getting things sorted quickly and efficiently.
Logistics Coordinator Key Responsibilities
- Manage missing, delayed and overdue deliveries, investigating issues and coordinating resolutions with carriers and logistics providers.
- Handle internal logistics queries, liaising with engineers, suppliers and internal departments to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Coordinate delivery schedules, including rescheduling deliveries and installation-related logistics to meet operational requirements.
- Book collections, manage reverse logistics activities, and process collections, warranty returns and replacement orders as required.
- Investigate and process damage reports and carrier claims, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-up actions.
- Maintain accurate updates within internal systems and trackers while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across logistics processes.
Logistics Coordinator Requirements
- Minimum 1 year’s experience within logistics, operations, supply chain coordination
- Strong communication, organisational skills and excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Confident using Excel, Google Sheets and other business systems, with experience maintaining accurate records and data integrity
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workload and solve problems proactively in a fast-moving operational setting
- Experience liaising with carriers, courier networks, customers, suppliers and internal teams to coordinate logistics activities and resolve issues
- Experience working with CRM/ERP systems, managing returns, warranty claims and reverse logistics, ideally within distribution, construction or renewable energy sectors

Pay: £28,000.00-£29,000.00 per year
