From day one, you’ll build your technical understanding by supporting customer and internal queries, resolving incidents, giving you valuable exposure to how our services are delivered and supported.
You’ll gain practical experience working with modern platforms and technologies, while working towards industry recognised certifications from leading technology providers. No previous technical experience is required, as full training and ongoing support are provided.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Delivering industry leading levels of customer service as part of our Service Operations team
- Acting as a trusted first point of contact for customers, providing clear technical advice and guidance
- Resolving incidents and service requests efficiently to maintain outstanding service levels
- Supporting customer requests and helping identify appropriate solutions
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver a consistent, joined up customer experience
- Proactively developing your technical knowledge and understanding of our products and services
- Taking part in the on-call rota once established, with full training, support and clear escalation routes
- Contributing to consistently strong customer Net Promoter Scores by delivering a reliable, professional service experience in every customer interaction
