Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site position for a Front Desk Receptionist at DoubleTree by Hilton Nottingham - Gateway Hotel. The Front Desk Receptionist will be the first point of contact for all guests, responsible for greeting visitors, managing phone inquiries, handling check-ins and check-outs, assisting with reservations, and offering high-quality customer service. Additionally, the role involves managing administrative and clerical tasks to support front desk operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions of the reception area.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
Strong Clerical Skills for managing records and scheduling tasks effectively
Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and team members
Proven experience in delivering outstanding Customer Service in a hospitality environment
Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail and efficiency
Familiarity with hotel reservation systems or similar software is a plus
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences

Pay: From £12.71 per hour
