Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Clinical Research Assistant to join our innovative healthcare research team. In this pivotal role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of clinical studies aimed at advancing medical knowledge and patient care. Your enthusiasm for clinical research, combined with strong organizational skills, will help ensure that studies are conducted efficiently, ethically, and in compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities

Assist in the development and implementation of clinical study protocols in accordance with FDA regulations and institutional guidelines.
Coordinate participant recruitment, screening, and enrollment processes to ensure smooth study operations.
Monitor patient progress throughout the study, including vital signs, medication adherence, and adverse event reporting.
Collect, record, and manage data accurately using specialized data management systems and statistical software.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements by maintaining meticulous documentation and assisting with audits.
Support clinical staff by performing phlebotomy procedures and patient monitoring as needed.
Collaborate with investigators and team members to ensure timely completion of study milestones and reporting.

Experience

Previous experience in clinical research or healthcare settings is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology and familiarity with FDA regulations governing clinical trials.
Proficiency in data management tools and statistical software used for analysis purposes.
Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff or volunteers is a plus.
Background in nursing or related healthcare fields such as phlebotomy enhances your candidacy.
Demonstrated understanding of compliance management within clinical environments is advantageous.
Excellent analysis skills combined with attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
