Overview

Join our dynamic dental team as a Dental Nurse/Receptionist, where your energy and dedication will directly enhance patient care and clinic efficiency. Responsibilities

Greet patients warmly and manage the reception area to create a friendly, professional atmosphere
Assist dentists during clinical procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
Provide excellent patient care by explaining treatments, answering questions, and addressing concerns
Schedule appointments efficiently using IT systems, maintaining accurate patient records
Handle administrative tasks such as managing patient files, processing payments, and updating contact information
Maintain high standards of hygiene and infection control in compliance with health regulations
Communicate clearly with patients and team members to coordinate care and ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements

Proven experience in dental nursing GDC regsitered and reception within a healthcare setting is preferred but not essential; training can be provided for the right candidate
Strong communication skills in English to effectively interact with patients and team members
Excellent organizational skills to manage appointments, records, and administrative tasks seamlessly
Basic IT proficiency for scheduling, record keeping, and correspondence
Knowledge of patient care principles and infection control protocols
Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Compassionate attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding patient service
