One Ashford Hospital | 30 hours per week
We are seeking a dedicated MSK Physiotherapist to join our Physiotherapy Team in One Ashford Hospital, part of Phoenix Hospital Group. This is a part-time, permanent role, and is essential for providing high-quality musculoskeletal care to our patients. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing patient recovery and improving their quality of life through tailored physiotherapy interventions.
Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments of patients with musculoskeletal conditions.
- Develop and implement individualised treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Utilise a variety of therapeutic techniques to promote recovery and rehabilitation.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients on self-management strategies and preventative care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications:

A recognised degree in Physiotherapy.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
