M.C. Kelly is an award-winning catering butcher and premier supplier of game meat. We are a long established company based in the heart of Mid Devon, providing top quality produce to the local catering and retail industry across the whole of the South West.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard working individual to join our skilled butchery team.
The job role involves cutting various joints and steaks from beef, pork, and lamb carcasses with minimal waste and portion control.
We are ideally looking of a candidate with previous butchery knowledge, who will be able to process orders and work within a busy team environment. Personal protective equipment will be supplied to the successful candidate.Some picking of orders is also required using hand-scanners.Also some holiday cover would be expected(there are 3 other night staff)You would also be expected to assist with some van loading in the early mornings

Tuesday-Friday night 8pm – 6am.tuesday night could be negotiable for the right candidate who only wanted 3 nights per week.
