Harbour & Moor Facilities Management Ltd is a growing facilities management company based in Devon, delivering professional facilities management and property maintenance services to commercial businesses, corporate clients, public sector organisations and educational settings.

We’re currently building our Approved Contractor Network and are looking to partner with skilled, dependable subcontractors who take pride in delivering excellent workmanship and customer service.

Our aim is to build long-term working relationships with trusted professionals as our client portfolio continues to grow across Devon.

We Are Looking For

We’re currently inviting applications from self-employed:

Electricians
Plumbers

If your trade isn’t listed but you work within commercial property maintenance or facilities management, we’d still love to hear from you.

Emergency call-out availability is desirable but not essential.

Essential Requirements

Applicants should be able to provide:

Public Liability Insurance
Relevant qualifications or trade certifications
A valid UK driving licence (where applicable)
Appropriate tools and equipment for their trade
References or examples of previous work (preferred)
The right to work in the UK
