1 x 20 hrs (permanent)

The current salary for this post is:

£25,949 - £26,403 per annum, pro rata

The Role

This post offers an exciting opportunity to work at the award-winning Salt Ayre Leisure Centre.

You will be the face of the Leisure Centre, offering exceptional Customer Service as the first point of contact. This is a great opportunity to be part of an enthusiastic, passionate, and vibrant team. You will deal with customer enquiries face to face, via email, on social media and over the phone.

This post is permanent. The hours of work for this position will be 20 hours per week, working on a shift rota basis. Your shifts will be based around the centre’s opening times; 05.30am to 22.00pm Mon to Fri and 07.30am to 18:30pm at weekends.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service at all times, a high level of attention to detail and desire to offer an exceptional experience for our members.
