We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Administration Team Leader to join our growing Project EV division. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven by both people development and performance.
You’ll lead, coach, and inspire a team of Sales Administrators, ensuring they deliver outstanding customer service while consistently achieving KPI targets. Acting as the operational heartbeat of the team, you’ll balance hands-on support with strategic oversight, driving performance, continuous improvement, and a best-in-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of Sales Administrators Set and track KPIs, ensuring performance targets are met and exceeded
- Coach team members through training, feedback, and development plans
- Manage customer escalations with professionalism and care
- Oversee order processing to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Produce and analyse sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline data
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance performance
- Maintain strong industry and product knowledge within the renewables sector
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience leading or supervising a sales, customer service, or contact-centre team
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding targets
- Confident people leader with excellent coaching and development skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Highly organised with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, CRM systems
- Experience with Sage 200 would be advantageous
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Hands-on approach with the willingness to support the team when needed
