Join Our Team at Poseidon Safety Management!

Due to yet further expansion within our rapidly growing Monitoring solutions team, we are looking to add to our Control Room Operator team.

About the Role:

As a Control Room Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, working either day or night shifts to protect sites nationwide using the latest technology.

You’ll work alongside a team of professionals, staying alert and focused to monitor real-time threats and respond to incidents effectively. The role is dynamic and requires the ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick, informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor systems for sites across the UK
Respond to incidents and escalate appropriately
Maintain accurate logs and incident reports
Work collaboratively with colleagues and emergency services when required
Uphold Poseidon Safety Management’s commitment to proactive site protection

What We’re Looking For:

Strong ability to remain focused and calm under pressure
Comfortable working day shifts (06:00-18:00)
Working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern
IT literate – confident using multiple computer systems and platforms
A team player with good communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional
