About the Role
LC International is seeking a creative, driven and commercially minded Social Media & Marketing Manager to lead and develop our marketing activities across the business.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to take ownership of the company's brand presence, social media channels, content creation and marketing strategy. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing brand awareness, generating leads and supporting business growth across multiple divisions.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management:
· Develop and implement social media strategies across all platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
· Create, schedule and publish engaging content that aligns with company objectives.
· Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent brand messaging.
· Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages where appropriate, and grow online audiences.
· Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
Content Creation:
· Produce high-quality written, photographic and video content.
· Attend customer sites, events, installations and company projects to capture content.
· Create promotional materials, case studies, newsletters and company updates.
· Work with internal teams to identify and showcase business successes.
Marketing Strategy:
· Develop and deliver marketing campaigns to support business growth and sales objectives.
· Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility and market presence.
· Manage marketing budgets and maximise return on investment.
· Coordinate advertising campaigns, sponsorship opportunities and promotional activities.
Website & Digital Marketing:
· Manage website content and updates.
· Improve website performance through SEO best practices.
· Support lead generation activities through digital marketing campaigns.
· Monitor website analytics and recommend improvements.
Brand Management:
· Ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
· Maintain and develop the LC International brand identity.
· Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.
Skills & Experience Required
Essential:
· Previous experience in a marketing and social media management role.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong content creation skills, including photography and video production.
· Experience managing multiple social media platforms.
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
· Strong organisational and time management skills.
· Full UK Driving Licence.
Desirable:
· Experience within construction, engineering, plant machinery or industrial sectors.
· Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and paid advertising campaigns.
· Graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
· Experience with CRM and email marketing platforms.

Pay: £35,000.00 per year
