Due to continued growth, we are looking for a highly organised and proactive Resident Services & Scheduling Coordinator to join our team.

The Role
As the first point of contact for many residents, you will play a vital role in ensuring appointments are arranged efficiently, operatives are scheduled effectively, and customer expectations are managed professionally.
You will be responsible for maintaining excellent communication with residents, coordinating appointments for operatives, updating works programmes, and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our office.
Key Responsibilities
· Contact residents to arrange and confirm appointments for maintenance and refurbishment works.
· Coordinate operatives' diaries to maximise productivity and minimise missed appointments.
· Update and manage work schedules, programmes and client systems.
· Liaise with site managers, supervisors and operatives regarding upcoming works.
· Maintain accurate records of resident communications and appointments.
· Handle inbound and outbound telephone calls professionally.
· Resolve scheduling issues and respond proactively to resident enquiries.
· Monitor completed works and update internal systems.
· Assist with administrative duties to support the wider contract team.
· Help ensure contractual KPIs and customer satisfaction targets are achieved.
· What We're Looking For
· Essential Skills & Experience
· Previous experience within social housing, property maintenance, construction, repairs, scheduling, or customer service.
· Excellent telephone manner and communication skills.
· Strong organisational and administration abilities.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and Word.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Positive, professional and proactive attitude.
· Desirable
· Experience using repairs management or scheduling software.
· Knowledge of social housing maintenance contracts.
· Experience working for a contractor delivering planned works or responsive repairs.
· Understanding of KPI-driven environments.
· Experience liaising directly with residents and managing appointments.
