We're looking for a Trainee Aluminium Fabricator to join our busy workshop team.

No previous experience is necessary—we're looking for someone who's practical, enjoys working with their hands, has a good work ethic, and is keen to learn a skilled trade. If you can turn up on time, listen, and put the effort in, we'll teach you everything else.

What you'll be doing:

Learning how to fabricate aluminium windows, doors and glazing systems.
Working with a range of hand and power tools.
Reading drawings and learning fabrication techniques.
Supporting the workshop team with day-to-day production.
Developing the skills to become a fully qualified aluminium fabricator.

What we're looking for:

A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Practical and hands-on.
Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
Good attention to detail.
Ability to work as part of a team.

A permanent, full-time position with opportunities to progress.
Monday to Friday working hours:
6:00am – 2:30pm, or
6:30am – 3:00pm
23 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
