Build One of the UK’s Most Ambitious Content & Social Media Strategies

White Stores | Essex | Full Time

This isn’t a social media job.

This is an opportunity to build something that very few businesses have ever committed to.

Over the next 3-5 years we want to create one of the UK’s largest libraries of content in the home and outdoor living sector. Not just social media content, but a complete ecosystem of videos, interviews, education, customer stories, influencer content, podcasts, industry insight and brand storytelling.

We’re looking for one exceptional person to lead that journey.

The Mission

Your objective is simple.

Make White Stores impossible to ignore.

You’ll create a content engine that produces material every single day across every platform, every audience and every stage of the customer journey.

This isn’t about chasing viral videos.

It’s about building a long-term asset that compounds year after year through authority, trust, SEO, brand awareness, backlinks, customer confidence and market leadership.

What You’ll Build

You’ll develop and execute a multi-year content strategy covering every part of our business.

That includes:

● Retail stores

● Ecommerce

● Website content

● Trade & Contract

Alongside this you’ll create content covering:

● Outdoor inspiration

● Seasonal campaigns

● Design advice

● Behind-the-scenes content

● Factory visits

You’ll Need To

Some days you’ll be filming in a customer’s garden.

Other days you’ll be interviewing our software developers.

The next day you could be hosting an entrepreneur with 500,000 subscribers.

You’ll help define how one of the UK’s leading outdoor living retailers communicates with the world.

You’ll gain experience across ecommerce, branding, retail, AI, logistics, technology, marketing, SEO, content production, influencer management, PR, video production and commercial strategy.

By the end of this journey you’ll have developed a skillset that very few people possess.

Whether you choose to continue growing with White Stores or one day build your own consultancy or agency, you’ll have created and led a genuinely world-class content operation.
