We’re looking for motivated people to join our growing nationwide site teams (HQ in Canvey Island, Essex) as Industrial Roof and Cladding Operatives. No experience? We’ve got you covered. Full training provided. Got skills? We’ll pay you more.

Pay & Perks
Pay Structure: Depending on experience & qualifications
- General Labourer Entry Level - £100 - £120 per day (starting rate DOE)
- Skilled Labourer - £125 - £150 per day
- Future progression: Lead Operative / Supervisor - £160 - £225 per day
- Payments made twice monthly in line with our subcontractor payment schedule
- Weekend work available at request + project performance incentives (after initial training)
- All business-related expenses including site travel reimbursed weekly
- £30 per night stop-over allowance for overnight work
- Company fleet vehicles available for Lead Operatives & Supervisors where operationally required
- All specialist equipment, workwear & PPE provided
- Self-Employed subcontractor opportunities with regular ongoing work throughout the year

Hours & Work-Life
- Typical site hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-15:00
- Weekend availability on request if desired
- Nationwide site work – some stop-outs required
- Active, hands-on role – Keeps you fit while you work

- Previous relevant experience welcome (roof coating, decorating, sealant application, pressure cleaning, etc.)
- You must be willing to obtain a CSCS card to work on site
