About the Role
This is a primarily Back of House role, with a flexible store support element that sets it apart from a standard stockroom position.
Your foundation will be BOH: keeping our stockroom organised, accurate, and running like clockwork, receiving deliveries, processing stock, conducting stock takes, and making sure our Beauty Consultants always have what they need on the floor. You'll be the operational backbone of the store.
But when the stockroom allows for it, we'd love for you to be able to step in on the shop floor too. Not as a skincare expert, that's what our Beauty Consultants are for, but as an extra pair of hands at checkout, helping with replenishment, or supporting the team during busy periods. You don't need to know all the trending ingredients (though an interest in skincare is always welcome), but you do need to be someone who's comfortable around customers and happy to help when called upon.

What You'll Be Doing
Back of House (primary)
- Receiving and processing stock deliveries accurately, scanning all items into the BOH system.
- Allocating stock to the correct BOH areas and ensuring everything is correctly organised and labelled.
- Conducting regular stock takes and audits to maintain accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Scanning and preparing stock for replenishment to the shop floor, coordinating with the FOH team on what's needed and when.
- Communicating with the warehouse team to coordinate deliveries and collections.
- Keeping the BOH area clean, organised, and safe at all times.
- Supporting any operational or stock tasks that keep the store running smoothly.
Store Support (as capacity allows)
- Stepping onto the shop floor to assist at the checkout when the team needs an extra hand.
- Helping with stock running, bringing products from BOH to FOH quickly and efficiently during busy periods.
- Providing basic, friendly support to customers if approached on the floor, directing them, answering simple questions, or flagging a Beauty Consultant who can help further.
What We're Looking For
This role is for you if:
- You have previous experience in a retail stockroom, warehouse, or inventory management environment.
- You're highly organised, precise, and take real pride in keeping things accurate and tidy.
- You're comfortable using scanning systems and basic stock management software.
- You're reliable and self-motivated. BOH often means working with a degree of independence, and we need someone who gets on with it.
- You're confident and approachable with people. You don't need to be a natural salesperson, but when you're on the floor, you should be able to engage with customers warmly and calmly.
- You're physically comfortable with the role; lifting and moving boxes of varying sizes and weights is a regular part of the job.
- You're happy working weekends as part of your regular schedule.
- You're eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
Skincare knowledge isn't required for this role, but if you have a genuine interest in K-beauty or Asian skincare, that's always a bonus.
This role may not be the right fit if:
- You prefer a purely back-of-house position with no customer interaction. We need someone who can adapt when the store needs it.
- Attention to detail isn't your strong suit. Stock accuracy is critical, and errors have a direct knock-on effect on the whole team.
- You're not available to work weekends regularly.
