Join the Integr8 Dance Team!
We're looking for an enthusiastic, passionate and reliable Cheerleading & Acro Coach to join our growing team.
This exciting role will involve delivering after-school cheerleading clubs in schools across Winchester and the surrounding areas, while also playing a key role in developing our recreational and competitive Acro Team.

The Role
Your role will include:
- Delivering engaging after-school cheerleading sessions in local schools.
- Coaching children of mixed ages and abilities.
- Planning enjoyable, structured and progressive sessions.
- Supporting performances, showcases and competitions.
- Leading and developing our recreational and competitive Acro Team.
- Creating a positive, encouraging environment where children can develop confidence, teamwork and new skills.
- Paid planning, administration and business travel.
- Opportunity to increase hours as the role develops.
We're Looking For Someone Who
- Has experience in cheerleading, acro, gymnastics or dance.
- Enjoys working with children and young people.
- Creates engaging, positive and inclusive learning environments.
- Is reliable, organised and enthusiastic.
- Can work independently and as part of a supportive team.
- Holds a full driving licence and has access to their own vehicle.
- Is keen to continue learning and developing professionally.
- Has experience in cheerleading, acro, gymnastics or dance is essential. Experience in street dance would be an advantage but isn't essential.
Desirable Experience
- Cheerleading coaching.
- Acro coaching.
- Gymnastics or tumbling.
- Street Dance.
- Dance, Cheerleading or Gymnastics qualifications.
- First Aid and Safeguarding qualifications.
- Experience working with SEND children and young people.
Training can be provided for the right candidate.

- Competitive salary from £24,825 per annum (pro rata).
